I started working on this project on April 1, 2024. Home&Decor is a brand focused on selling products for home decor, from simple night lamps to chandeliers. The brand is based in the US.

I first analyzed all data from the Shopify to understand how sales were coming in, and after that, | built my strategy. Most importantly, | used ads that featured authentic product images and identified the bestsellers to launch those ads with a catalog.
Next, | reviewed the omnichannel sources (through marketing analytics) to understand how customers were buying the products, which is crucial. In my case, nearly 50% of customers visited Instagram but completed their purchase on Google or through a direct link. Based on this, | launched ads without 1-day view attribution, which helped me build afunnel for any audience. The next important step was to scale the ad set to engage more people effectively.
